Water Works Car Wash- Elkridge

I gotta wash yesterday and about half an hour later someone saw my car and asked me if a blind man washed it… If you have a wrangler, then it’s best to go through the touchless But I’m not even taking a chance with that. God willing I will never come back to this car wash.

I would not recommend this car wash. I used them for the automatic wash and the wheel guide damaged my front wheel. They use cameras but doesn’t cover from where it hit the metal poles to guide your tire to the drive. Yes! They have metal pole to guide your tire to the track. I am currently complaining to BBB and will pursue legal actions soon.

A brought my car to your wash last week after the snow storm. I paid for the manual car wash where two staff members were using a long mob to hand wash my car. They broke my antenna which will now cost me $50.00 to fix. I did not have time to come the next day to you to report this due to family engagements. I also feel you will say the usual excuse you are not responsible. Sharing my experience so others are aware. I hope it helps the business improve their service.

Got the single wash, but it didn’t even wash off the dirt. We have stray cats in our neighborhood and they left dirt on the hood. I went to get it washed off, but it did nothing the little paw prints are still there. I’m pretty dissatisfied, and I also don’t think the water pressure is very good. By the end of the wash, there was still soap on the side mirrors, which got blown off with the air but still left chemical streaks.😞🫩

This is my go to carwash since we moved here in MD and so far they are really good. Upon arrival at the carwash you will notice that there's 2 lanes to choose from, Touch-Free Laser on the right lane and Automatic Cloth on the middle. To access the Self-Serve (24-hours), you have to use the open lane on the left. They recently added a bigger sign so that customers could find it easily. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that there was a problem on the Tri-Foam on the Touch-Free Laser for not spraying enough soap to cover the vehicle. I spoke to Josh about it and gave me another car wash for the inconvenience. I spoke to Evan as well and he said that there might be a leak on the pipe but they are working to fix it. So far, everything is back to normal and the Touch-Free Laser is working fine. Shout out to Josh and Evan and the other employees working there! Keep up the good work!
